These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CallerX: Spam & Number Search iOS app ("CallerX", "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CallerX on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted.
CallerX helps you look up phone numbers, see community spam reports, label or block numbers through iOS caller identification, and organise your contacts. Lookup results and spam counts come from a crowd-sourced service and are provided for information only.
Caller names, countries, and spam counts may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. A number shown as spam may be legitimate, and a number shown as safe may not be. Do not rely on CallerX as your only basis for important decisions, and never rely on it for emergency calls.

Contact tools such as Merge, Contact Cleaner, and Add Photos change your iPhone's address book when you confirm an action. You are responsible for reviewing changes before confirming them. We recommend keeping an iCloud backup of your contacts.
Your use of CallerX is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The app, including its design, artwork, text, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Apple, iPhone, and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
CallerX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app or lookup service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, missed or blocked calls, lost contacts, or loss of data arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may suspend or end your access to the lookup service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
